MUMBAI: The investigation of the Sushant Singh Rajput demise led to the arrest of Rhea owing to drug chats with talent manager Jaya Saha. During her interrogation, Rhea mentioned Rakul Preet Singh and Sara Ali Khan’s names.

Now as per Republic TV, Rakul Preet Singh’s team has said that they haven’t received any summons from the agencies, but the NCB officials rubbish the claim and have said that they have sent the summons but there has been no response from Rakul.

They have sent it digitally also and have contacted the actress several times, but she has not responded. They claim that the actress is using excuses to avoid the interrogation.

Rakul’s name emerged in the case when Rhea during the questioning said that Rakul and Sara Ali Khan used to hang out with her and SSR and used to consume drugs.

Since her name had been out in the case, the actress has not responded or issued an official statement.

The actress was supposed to appear at the NCB office for questioning but that seems to be doubtful as her legal team as said she hasn’t received any summons.

Republic suggests that this is just the tip of the iceberg. More and more A-listers are expected to be named.
