Sakshi to join Balika Vadhu

After hosting Crime Patrol and a bit role in Zee’s Do Saheliyan, one of television’s favourite bahus, Sakshi Tanwar will now be seen in another cameo as Tipri in Balika Vadhu . “Sakshi gave a look test few days back and then shot for the promos but we were waiting for the channel’s decision. Just yesterday evening, the channel gave us a go-ahead. Most of the crew was not aware about her entry in the show and today is her first day of shooting,” says a source. “Her character is primarily going to be a cameo and if we get good TRPs with her entry then we may extend it further. She is not related to the Singh family. She had just spent her childhood with them and has created a special space for herself in Dadisa ’s (Surekha Sikri) heart, but she disappeared from their life only to return now,” the source adds. Anandi’s (Avika Gor) track will have some more high points when her poor health will again scare the family members as the doctors have informed Bhairon Singh (Anoop Soni) about her not being completely out of danger. Sakshi’s entry will take place in the special episode on Saturday.
