MUMBAI: TellyChakkar broke the news about Zee TV’s Qurbaan Hua lead Karan Jotwani going on a break. The show producer Amir Jaffar mentioned about the latter going on a small break and they plan to introduce a new character to spice up the drama (Read here: Karan Jotwani to take a break from Qurbaan Hua; makers to introduce a new character)
However, the makers had a last moment change and decided to let Karan exit from the show permanently owing to his health issues. The character of Neel will now be played by Kya Qusoor Hai Amala Ka fame Rajveer Singh.
So how will Karan make an exit and Rajveer will be introduced in the show?
Well, we have an answer!
In the upcoming episodes, viewers are in for a shocking twist. While Chahat will be seen keeping the Karwa Chauth fast for Neel, Neel will meet with an accident in a factory wherein a splash of lava will burn his face and parts of his body. Everybody will assume that they have lost Neel forever, but audience will discover that Neel is rescued in the nick of time and having undergone multiple cosmetic surgeries, will emerge as a man of altered appearance. Consequently, actor Rajveer Singh will step into the shoes of Karan Jotwani as Neel.
