TellyChakkar was the first to break the news about Kanikka Kapur’s contract with the makers of Ek Duje Ke Vaaste 2 ending and that the actress was in two minds about whether she would continue with the show. It was also TellyChakkar that broke the news about her finally deciding to quit the show, while actress Vidhi Pandya has been roped in to play Suman Tiwari.  

We also reported that the first look and promo featuring Vidhi Pandya as Suman Tiwari has been released and has received appreciation from the fans.

Yesterday, the first episode of the show with the new Suman aired.

Well, Kanikka’s fans gave her a warm goodbye as they trended ‘Thankyou KK for Suman’ on Twitter.

Ardent fans took to Twitter and expressed their love for the actress. Her well wishers took the news sportingly, and instead of being upset with the actress for quitting the show, they appreciated her acting chops and relived the memories from the show.
