MUMBAI: It’s been almost one year since the lockdown happened owing to the shocking pandemic that brought the entire world to a standstill. 

The novel coronavirus has taken a toll globally, and once again, Mumbai is facing the brunt of it as many celebrities and commoners are getting affected by this virus.  

A fresh wave of the novel coronavirus is being observed lately in the country. The positive cases for COVID-19 are increasing rapidly.

Kartik Aryan, Paresh Rawal, Mona Lisa, Paras Kalwat, and Fatima Sana Shaikh among various other actors have tested positive. 

Now, TellyChakkar has learned that actor Ibrar Yakub has also tested positive for COVID-19. 

The actor took to his social media account and informed about the same. 

He greeted his fans for the holy month of Ramzaan and assured he would be back to feeling fine in a few days of time.  

The actor who was recently seen gracing the OTT screen with Shemaroo TV's crime show Jurm Aur Jazbaat, won the audiences hearts with his character Brijbhan Singh in &TV's Agniphera. 

Ibrar will soon be seen taking over the OTT with some major web shows.
