MUMBAI: Actor Akshay Kharodia, who is currently seen in the Star Plus show 'Pandya Store' is on the ninth cloud as his show completed 100 episodes today. The actor who is known for his charming looks and charismatic demeanor made his debut on TV with the show which is doing exceptionally well on the to charts. On the occasion of his show hitting the mark of 100 episodes, the actor expressed his ecstasy in this conversation.

The actor said "I am overwhelmed right now since Pandya Store accomplished the pinnacle of 100 episodes. This is my first ever show on television which became an instant hit. It's like completing a milestone. For me shooting every day is strenuous but after I was informed about this achievement, it felt as if the hard work paid off.  I would like to extend my immense gratitude to the producer, who provided us with the best of facilities even in these unprecedented times"

Furthermore, the actor also thanked the team who work behind the camera, and called them 'heroes without a cape'. The actor added "I would also like to thank the team behind the camera, as they are the true heroes without a cape, who work round the clock every day with no holidays! It is a team effort where everyone is putting in their efforts collectively. I want to dedicate the success of 100 episodes to the team and especially to Sanjay Wadhwa and Sphere Horizon"

Lastly, Akshay also revealed the reason why he was skeptical of doing a TV show initially and what led to his change of mind later. He said "I was a bit skeptical about doing a TV show initially but when I read the script, I instantly got the intuition that this show will make a perpetual place in people's hearts. I feel it's great that my show propagates family values, and I am very sure that we will hit the mark of 1000 episodes very soon"
