MUMBAI: The upcoming episode of Star Plus’ popular serial Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will showcase some interesting twists and turns. 

Ranveer and Sirat’s pre-wedding rituals are on but something is not right as Sirat is finding herself in a new dilemma. 

When in the Mehndi Ceremony, the Goenka ladies celebrate a gala time applying Mehndi to Sirat’s hand, Sirat suddenly misses Kartik’s presence. 

A big shock to everyone, Sirat pushes away everyone and recklessly runs from the ceremony only to meet Kartik.

Suddenly out of the blue, Sirat’s heart has started to beat for Kartik.
