It is shown that someone dying in the hospital will call Dev to the hospital as he wants to share a secret with him.

He will soon bring up the real truth that he wanted a boy, he gives the money to the nurse in the hospital, while Sonakshi gives birth and her daughter is exchanged with his son.

All this amazes Dev and he is super shocked, as he did not ever imagine that Suhana is not his daughter.
