MUMBAI: Many casting directors have made their mark in the industry by their excellent work. 

From launching newbies to giving big breaks to talented actors in various TV shows, films, and web shows, the casting directors are the backbone of any project. 

There are many casting directors who have their own agencies and acknowledge the talent of aspiring actors and actresses. 

One such person is casting director Pradeep Rite. 

Pradeep got candid about his journey in the showbiz world and said, ''I used to work as an Accountant at Nand Kishore Telefilms. Sheetal Tripathi is the one who got me into casting. I started my career by casting in shows like Police Files, Savdhaan India, Crime Alert.''

He further revealed, ''I have been into casting for almost three years now. I am doing the casting for TV and web shows. I have cast actors for 104 episodes for Dangal TV's Crime Alert.'' 

Pradeep has done casting for Colors UK show NRI Haadsa. The show's producer Sanjeev Mehra gave him a chance to cast for the first season of the show since he knew him since his Nand Kishore Telefilms days.

He has also done casting for Shermaroo's Manohar Kahaniyaan, Men Will Be Men, Julie and Charan Sukh, the web shows for the Ullu app. 

He is also a freelance casting director.

Pradeep has also done freelance casting for ALT Balaji.  He has also done casting for Alt Balaji Web series Lehnga Chunri.

He doesn't have his own casting agency but wishes to have one in the near future. Pradeep believes in giving chances to the freshers who are striving hard to make it to the showbiz world. 

Pradeep also revealed that he has not taken any formal training or done any courses in this field and learned everything by himself.
