MUMBAI: Star Plus' show Mehndi Hai Rachne Wali is working wonders on the small screens. 

The show has garnered huge praises from the fans for its excellent storyline and stellar performance given by the star cast. 

Mehndi Hai Rachne Wali has witnessed several twists and turns in the story which has kept the viewers hooked to the show.

We all know how each and every character on the show has evolved with time and the viewers are loving the changes taking place. 

Geeta Tyagi is seen playing the pivotal role of Jaya Roa, Raghav Rao's mother on the show. 

She is a strong-headed woman who is an extremely caring and loving mother and always shows the right path to her son and also a daughter. 

Apart from being a great mother, Jaya loves Pallavi too in spite of being a mother-in-law. 

Jaya and Pallavi have given major saas-bahu goals to the viewers. 

We all know how a lot of characters have turned positive to negative and vice versa. 

In an exclusive interview with TellyChakkar, Geeta was asked what changes she is looking forward to in her character in the future track. 

She said, ''I was told that my character might get negative, but I don't want that to happen. If my character will turn negative then I'll do it because it's my duty to perform whatever comes in my kitty. But personally, the example we have set about saas-bahu bond is a good message for the viewers which I don't want to ruin. The viewers will get disheartened seeing this.''

Well, Geeta has expressed her views on her character Jaya.
