MUMBAI: Actress Chitrangada Singh is all set to be see in in the upcoming thriller movie Bob was was which is all set to premiere on digital platform zee5. No doubt ever since the trailer was out the fans are eagerly waiting for the movie because of the impact the movie Kahaani and the character Bob Biswas has created.

Team TellyChakkar got an exclusive chance to speak with the actress Chitrangada Singh on her character and her preparation for the same

Chitrangada Singh says that as we all know the character Bob Biswas from the movie Kahaani this movie throws light and speaks about his back story and his family. Talking about her character the actress says she will be seen playing the character whose name is Mary. Marry someone with whom every man wants to get married. She belongs from a lower middle class family. She is a very simple and innocent girl. The actress also says that it is the beauty of the writing of Sujoy Ghosh which brought Innocence and simplicity in her character.

Chitrangada Singh on saying yea for this character

The actress says the name Sujoy Ghosh is enough to say yes for the project, when this name is connected to the project then should be no thinking behind any project. Also it was the character which was beautifully written by him. The other reason to say yes for the movie was Abhishek Bachchan and his character Bob Biswas which is brilliantly performed by the actor.

On preparation of her character the actress says there are small nuances of the people coming from lower middle class she followes, like the way they speak, the way they dress and many other things.

No doubt we have seen some amazing characters played by the actress Chitrangada Singh in different movies, having said that the actress looks forward to do some different types of characters  across platform. The actress also expressed her excitement and said she would definitely want to the action heroine in any project.
