MUMBAI : Amazon Prime Video is no doubt one of the leading digital platforms. It has been giving the audience quality content over time. Recently, at the launch event, Amazon Prime Video announced over 40 upcoming movies and web series in the next 2 years.

These includes project that feature talented stars like Vidya Balan, Sonakshi Sinh, Kangana Ranaut, Rohit Shetty, and Sidharth Malhotra. They attended the grand launch event held in Mumbai.

Sonakshi Sinha, who is all set to be seen an the upcoming Amazon Prime Video web series titled Dahaad, revealed that she had specifically learnt how to ride a bike for it. Initially, she was scared to ride it, but now, she is a champion. She says that she will be seen playing the character of Anjali Bhati in the web series and promised that it is the best character of her career.

On the other hand, Vidya Balan who is all set to be seen in an upcoming Amazon Prime Video movie titled Neeyat. She revealed that she is very thrilled and excited with this collaboration with Amazon Prime video after the movie Sherni. She is working with this cast for the first time, and it was a great experience collaborating with a bunch of talented people.

Rashi Khanna and Shahid Kapoor are all set to be seen in an upcoming web series titled Farzi. Raashi Khanna said that she cannot reveal much about her role, but her character is playing her own game in the web series. She said that every character is written beautifully and is dynamic and realistic.

Apart from the upcoming films and web series, Amazon Prime Video has collaborated with production houses like Yash Raj Films, Ajay Devgn Films, and Dharma Productions for streaming rights.

The upcoming movies of Yash Raj Productions like Jayeshbhai Jordaar, Prithviraj, Shamshera, Pathan, and Tiger 3 are all set to stream on Amazon Prime Video after the theatrical release.

Ajay Devgn Films' upcoming movies, like Runway 34, Bhola, Thank God, and Drishyam 2 are all set to hit the platform after the theatrical release.

The upcoming movies of Dharma Productions like Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani and Jug Jugg Jeeyo will stream on Amazon after their theatrical release.
