MUMBAI : Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has become the longest-running TV show. Abhimanyu and Akshara are winning hearts with their romance. Harshad Chopda plays Abhimanyu while Pranali Rathod portrays the character of Akshara.

Kunal gets a call from his sister and without thinking twice, he leaves Udaipur to go back to his hometown where his sister is living.

He informs the Birla family that he will not be able to operate on Abhimanyu due to some emergency but will return soon.

Abhimanyu feels broken after knowing that Kunal Khera has had to post pone the operation.

Abhimanyu starts losing hope but Akshara comes to Abhimanyu and supports him like the pillar of strength that she has always been.
