MUMBAI:  Tusshar Kapoor is currently busy with the promotions of Maarrich which is slated to hit the big screens on 9th December 2022. The trailer of the film was released a few days ago, and it has received a decent response. Maarrich is Tusshar’s second film as a producer, and while we have mainly seen him in comedy roles, he will be portraying the role of a serious cop in the film.

TellyChakkar recently interacted with Tusshar and while talking about his upcoming projects, he revealed that he is in talks for some web shows which are thriller based and one of them is a remake of an international thriller. He didn’t divulge into details about it but it is said to get a green light for it and then start shooting. These things take time.

Tusshar’s fans have been eagerly waiting for Maarrich as they will get to watch him in a serious role after a long time. The actor was last seen on the big screen in the 2017 release Golmaal Again which was a super hit at the box office.

During the pandemic, Tusshar’s first film as a producer, Laxmmi, was released on Disney+ Hotstar. The film, which starred Akshay Kumar and Kiara Advani in the lead roles, had received mixed responses from critics and audiences.

Tusshar has been in the industry for more than two decades. The actor has always grabbed everyone’s attention with his performances, especially in the Golmaal series. But, let’s wait and watch now what he has to offer in Maarrich.
