RIP! Veteran South actor Kazan Khan passes away due to heart attack

MUMBAI :The Malayalam, Tamil and Kannada film industries woke up to the tragic news of popular South actor Kazan Khan passing away. The veteran actor who was known to play antagonist roles in films like The King, CID Moosa, among others, breathed his last following a heart attack. Producer NM Badusha confirmed the news of his demise and paid his respects on social media.

Kazan has also been part of many Kannana and Tamil films. He made an impressive debut with the 1992 film Senthamizh Paattu, playing the role of Boopathy. He then became famous for his villainous roles in films like Kalaignan, Sethupathi IPS, Duet, Murai Maman, Aanazhagan and Karuppu Nila, among others.

Kazan has acted in over 50 Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada films. His well known films include CID Moosa, Ullathai Allitha, The Don, Mettukudi, and Naam Iruvar Namaku Iruvar, among many others.
