Gaurav Khanna was born in Kanpur to a businessman and homemaker. He came to Mumbai for his Master of Business Administration. Khanna has an older sister who is now married and based in Lucknow. Khanna started shooting for TV commercials just for the sake of earning pocket money. Tata Indicom Gem' was Gaurav's first commercial. He is a great dancer and has performed in ""Jalwa 4 2 ka 1"",""Dancing Queen"" and other shows. Gaurav is considered as one of the most eligible bachelors of Tellywood.
