Anil has now reacted to the news of his brother Boney replacing him in the movie No Entry 2. He said, “Ghar ki baat hai, ghar mein rehne do. Usse kya discuss karna.” This is days after Boney told the media that Anil was angry with him. He had said, “Before I could tell my brother Anil Kapoor about the 'No Entry' sequel and the cast involved, he got angry as the news was already leaked," he added, "is still not talking properly.”

Boney apparently did not cast any actors from the first movie in the sequel. The main cast members of the sequel are Varun Dhawan, Arjun Kapoor, and Diljit Dosanjh; the remaining actors have not yet been revealed. During the same interview, Anil was informed about the new casting and expressed gratitude for his brother's vision. He added, "Look, since it's a family matter, there's nothing to discuss. Dekho ghar ki baat ko kya discuss karna." And, he is never wrong."
