MUMBAI : Colors presents Durga, a tale of a tribal girl who defies social expectations to follow her love for the royal heir Anurag and become a doctor, despite opposition from strong tribal woman Paani Bai. Starring Pranali Rathod as Durga, Indira Krishnan as Paani Bai, and Aashay Mishra as Anurag, and produced by Magic Moments Motion Pictures, the show is set in Jodhpur, the story follows Durga, a tribal girl aspiring to become a doctor.
In the previous episode, Anurag finds out that Durga is being accused for Rajesh’s death and so he goes to help her. On the other hand, Durga discovers a major truth when at the kabila Jariburi reveals that her mother is alive but she is imprisoned by Vikram. She also tells Durga that her father is killed by Vikram.
In the upcoming episode, Durga gets desperate to meet her mother but Jariburi refuses to meet her now as it’s not the right time. Jariburi urges Durga to stay safe as Vikram is trying to search for her. She assures Durga that Anurag can help her. On the other hand, a major confrontation takes place between Anurag and Vikram where the former demands an explanation from Vikram for why he lied to him. However, Vikram blames Durga for Rajesh’s death but Anurag refuses to believe him.
