MUMBAI: Gauahar Khan, who has already won hearts with her performance in Lovely Lolla, is all set to impress again in her new role in Lolla. She feels lucky to be working on the show and shared her gratitude, saying, “Living your dream and working is a blessing. I am truly grateful to God and to those who are giving me this opportunity.”
She specially thanked producers Ravi Dubey and Sargun Mehta for believing in her. “I am really grateful that Ravi and Sargun thought of me for Lolla. I love my character, and I loved working with them,” she said.
Talking about the uniqueness of the show, Gauahar explained, “The story is mad, but it’s amazing. It has a deep message, but in a very fun and entertaining way, which makes it special.” She also revealed an interesting twist in the story: "Lolla is the complete opposite of Lovely! The journey of how and why they fall in love with the same person is going to be a total fun ride."
She also praised the talented cast, especially Dolly Ahluwalia, who plays her mother in the show. “She is a legend in the industry,” Gauahar said. She also appreciated Nikhil Khurana, who plays Arjun, saying, “He has done an amazing job and fits perfectly in the role.”
Gauahar gave credit to director Abhijeet Das for guiding the team well. “He is the captain of the ship and keeps us all on track,” she said. She also praised the show's production and how real everything feels on set, saying, “The set is amazing, and it makes you believe the world is real.”
