I would like to thank my mom who helps me balance my work and school: Dev Joshi

Dev Joshi
Having earned fame so early in life by enacting the lead role of Baal Veer in SAB TV’s Baal Veer (Optimystix Productions), child actor Dev Joshi talks about how he balances work and studies together. Shares Dev, “I enjoy shooting a lot; it’s a great unit to work with. All the actresses in the cast are very nice to work with. I gel the most with Natkhat pari (Aditi Sajwan); she is very friendly. Though I am in the eighth standard I attend school just for ten days; thanks to my teachers, my principal and my friends who cooperate and approve of my acting. My special mention goes to my mother who helps me balance my work and school.” Receiving accolades for his performance in the show, Dev, who studies in the Hiramani School, Ahmedabad, does not fear monsters or dragons but definitely fears certain subjects taught in school. “I love studying History as it is interesting to know about the iconic incidents that took place in the past; in fact it is one of my favourite subjects in school. I have a problem with Mathematics and Science; to memorise the formulas is a pain,” he adds. Talking about his aspirations of what he wants to pursue in future, Dev reveals, “I aspire to become a fighter plane pilot.”
