Our sources have informed that SRK hit a door accidentally and was spotted bleeding profusely, which created panic amongst the cast and crew. Later he was rushed to Nanavati Hospital, where the doctors are tending to his wounds. We tried reaching the director of the movie, Farah Khan but she remained unavailable. However an official statement from The King Khan’s office read: “Mr Khan had a minor accident on the sets while shooting. He has a minor injury and has got the necessary medical aid.
