The Twitter Mirror is Twitter Inc.'s international concept for a tablet programmed for VIP events adorned with a filigree frame. Celebrities stand before it, tap the screen, take a few moments to pose, approve the photo or retake it and send it out through the event's Twitter feed. The Mirror makes it easy for fans to connect with their favourite celebrities and be a part of their candid moments.
While cricket is a religion in India, Bollywood and TV actors are undoubtedly our rockstars!!! This year the two came together yet again in an explosive combination to appeal to both the cricketer and the cinephile in you. The Celebrity Cricket League (@CCL) kicked off on 25 January amidst the usual fanfare of glamour, sportsmanship, Bollywood celebrities and the biggest names in the world of TV and regional cinema.
With an objective to create authentic and most importantly spontaneous celebrity moments during the CCL matches, the Twitter Mirror gave celebrities the opportunity to tweet out candid images with one click through the @CCL.
