Mansi salvi was born on 19 January, 1980. She bagged her first audition for a Vim Bar TV commercial. This screen debut helped her bag a role in the TV serial Ashirwaad on Zee TV which followed by the serials like Koi Apna Sa, Saarthi, Pavitra Rishta and Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara. In 2005 she got married to Hemant Prabhu, the director of the weekly drama Siddhant on Star One.
