Kunal Pandit and Shruti Rawat join the cast of SAB TV’s Bade Dooooor Se Aaye Hain

Hats Off Productions’ comedy sitcom on aliens for SAB TV titled ‘Bade Dooooor Se Aaye Hain’ has managed to grab eyeballs, with its promo flashing on screen. Tellychakkar.com has already reported about actors Sumeet Raghavan, Rupali Bhosale, Vinay Rohrra, Bhavna Khatri, Tanaaz and Bhaktyaar Irani, Deepak Pareek being part of the show. We now hear that actors Kunal Pandit and Shruti Rawat have been roped in to play integral roles. A source states, “Kunal and Shruti will play a Gujarati couple living in the chawl where the alien family will set foot. Both the characters will be hilarious to the core.” Kunal Pandit has earlier been seen in Pavitra Rishta as Punni’s husband. Shruti Rawat has done two shows for SAB TV earlier, in Chintu Chinky Aur Ek Badi Si Love Story and R.K. Laxman Ki Duniya. When contacted, Kunal who got a lot of acclaim for his negative portrayal of Malik in Pavitra Rishta said, “Yes, I am part of the new SAB TV show. It is a very entertaining character, something different from what viewers have seen me doing in Pavitra Rishta. I hope I get successful in entertaining audience.” Shruti who was part of the love triangle with Rajesh Kumar and Divyanka Tripathi in Chintu Chinky Aur Ek Badi Si Love Story stated, “I am part of Bade Dooooor. I play a hilarious character, and will don a Gujarati look.” The show will replace Jeannie Aur Juju from 9 June at the 9.30 pm slot.
