Ek Nayi Ummeed - Roshni (English: A New Hope - Roshni) is an upcoming Indian medical drama television series, which is scheduled to premiere on 13 July 2015 and will be broadcast on STAR Plus. The series will be aired on Monday through Friday nights. The series will be produced by Pulse Media Entertainment. The shooting of the entire series will be held in a real hospital. Pooja Gaur and Sahil Anand will be seen playing the female and male lead roles respectively.

Mera Naam Karegi Roshan is the story of a 20-year-old girl Reet (played by Amrapali Dubey) who idolises Lord Ram and holds her father's pride high even after his death.
Reet lives in Sammanpur, a small town which is a few km away from Ayodhya. She is the daughter of Landlord Thakur Veer Pratap Singh who is worshipped as a father figure much like Raja Dashrath.
Unlike Thakur Saheb, his sons Kunwar Kuldeep and Rajveer are a reflection of today's Ravan, who have created Lanka in the heart of Ayodhya.
