MUMBAI: TellyChakkar.com is back with yet another exciting update about Star Plus’ Anupamaa.

We’ve been at the forefront in reporting updates about the Star Plus show Anupamaa produced by Rajan Shahi’s Directors’ Kut Production. (Read here: Sudanshu Pandey reveals what made him take up Vanraj's character in Anupamaa )

The current track of the show revolves around Shah Family’s son Paritosh who is now torn between his love life and family. Paritosh is highly disappointed and has developed a lot of hatred for Anupamaa and Vanraj.

In the previous episodes, Paritosh returned home drunk which shocked the entire family as they were unaware of the fact that he has picked up the habit of drinking alcohol. Later, Anupamaa and Samar also found out that Paritosh takes sleeping pills. This has aggravated Anupamaa and Vanraj’s tension.

In the upcoming episode, Vanraj holds Anupamaa responsible for the situation that Paritosh is in. He tells her that husbands are supposed to go and work outside while the wives should make sure that the family is healthy and happy. He points finger at Anupamaa by telling her that she has failed in her duties. Anupamaa assures him that she will fix the issue and will deal with Paritosh. Vanraj gives her a day's time to sort things out.

Paritosh cries on Anupamaa’s lap and asks her to help him as he wants to get rid of all the bad habits that he has developed. He asks her to save him. This leaves Anupamaa broken.

Will Anupamaa be able to live up to her promise that she made to Vanraj?
