MUMBAI: Anupamaa is presently ruling our television screens. The show is doing exceptionally well and is topping the weekly BARC ratings. Rupali Ganguly plays the lead role while Gaurav Khanna plays the role of her husband Anuj. These days the track revolves around Dimpy and Samar's wedding.
Currently, Malti Devi is having a hard time as she comes face to face with Anuj Kapadia. Later, it is revealed that Malti Devi has a horrific past hidden from people around her.
She was once in love with a man who cheated on her and left her pregnant when she needed him the most. Malti Devi left the child in an orphanage as she failed to face the hard hitting questions of the society.
Anupama soon gets a clue about Malti Devi and Anuj’s connection and finds that Malti Devi is Anuj’s real mother. Anuj hates his biological mother as he suffered a lot due to her.
Anupama does not know how to handle the situation and hide truth from Anuj.
