MUMBAI: Star Plus' show Imlie has been extremely interesting and the audience has been in awe of the drama.
Produced by Gul Khan, it stars Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Gashmeer Mahajani. The series is a loose adaptation of Star Jalsha's Bengali series Ishti Kutum. The narrative revolves around how Aditya lands at a village to report on a gangster and later, situations lead him to get married to Imlie while he is already committed to Malini for marriage. Since he cannot handle the situation well, he ends up getting married to Malini too.

Aditya and Imlie's life seems to take new turn and here Malini is using Aditya as puppet. Aditya is irked as how Imlie is gearing closeness with Aryan and Malini adds fuel to the fire. Aditya thus comes to the point where he asks Imlie for divorce and to end their relationship.
Aditya takes charge to put final end and here he even tells Imlie that he is taking his child's rights from her.
Aditya takes charge to hand over the rights to Malini, Imlie is left in tears. Aditya asks Imlie to sign the divorce papers and here things are going to change thereafter.
