MUMBAI: Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin is one of the most-watched shows on the small screens. 

The viewers are left at the edge of their seats with the current track of the story. 

Virat had to be operated and things were extremely complicated for him. 

The doctors had discussed with Virat's family about an injection that could be the life saviour for Virat. 

While no one was able to get that injection within the span of 2 hours, Sai took this challenge. 

She risked her life and bought the injection to save Virat's life. 

Virat's operation gets successful and he is now out of danger. 

The entire Chavan family rejoices and Sai also heaves a sigh of relief.

Well, the battle between Sai and the Chavan's is still going on. 

No one is ready to forgive Sai for what she did to Virat. 

The Chavan family does not allow Sai to meet Virat. 

Sai finds a way to deal with them. 

She takes the help of Dr Patil who operated Virat and gets a job as a hospital administrator. 

Sai wears the doctor's coat and takes Virat's health update in front of the Chavan family. 

This leaves everyone irked as no one wants Sai to stay there. 

Ashwini also pleads with Sai to leave but she doesn't and says that she is working here and no one has the right to tell her to leave.
