MUMBAI: The current story revolves around Chikoo refusing to sign the adoption papers as he wishes to live with his blood family.

To fulfill Chikoo's wish, Milind and Nupur take the cop's help to find Chikoo's parents. 

Later, Kamini with the help of Payal, will plant Chikoo's fake grandmother, who actually wants to harm Chikoo.

In the upcoming episode of Chiku Ki Mummy Door Ki, the cops will inform Joshi family that Chikoo's parents died in a car accident. 

Though Chikoo's maternal grandmother is still alive and will want to take Chikoo back with her. 

Chikoo will deny going with her grandmother. 

On the other hand, Nupur will try to convince Chikoo to accept the truth.
