Meher finally comes in front of Sarabjit to save his life. 

Looks like Sarabjit was heading back home and he was driving at full speed. He misses the announcement on landslide. 

However, this landslide reunites separated lovers, Sarabjit and Meher. 

Sarabjit and Meher are extremely happy to unite after five long years.
