MUMBAI : Anupamaa is presently ruling our television screens. The show is doing exceptionally well and is topping the weekly BARC ratings.
These days, the show's track focuses on quite an interesting narrative: on Anupama and Anuj's post-marriage life. The entire story has a big twist, with Adhik and Pakhi's marriage, and how the family is coping with the big change.
In the previous episode, we saw how Anupama and Baa were at loggerheads when it came to supporting Toshu, and Anupama made it clear that she won’t support him in his wrongdoings. But she is also worried because Baa has cursed her: that she won’t have a good life, but she tells Anuj to not interfere in the matter. Vanraj also now has problems with Kavya’s closeness with her boss.

In the upcoming episode, Anupama and Anuj will be celebrating Makar Sankranti, and so they decide to go to a mela. Little Anu will give them a list of the things that she would like to buy.
That’s when Maya comes in front of Anuj and Anupama and introduces herself as the real mother, which comes as a shock to Anupama and Anuj.
They start getting worried that she has come to take little Anu back from them, and it turns out to be the truth as she has come for that reason itself.
Well, it will be interesting to see how Anuj and Anupama will deal with this situation.
