According to the storyline, Karan had come back as Arjun, with a new face and an intention of taking revenge on Preeta as he thought that she was the one who tried to kill him.

She promises herself that she going to snatch away something really big from Preeta and will ruin their lives with the storm she she is going to unleash on them.
