MUMBAI: Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has become the longest-running show on TV right now. Sirat and Kartik's Jodi is the most adored onscreen duo at present.

Currently, in the show, Sirat returns home and reveals that the doctor said she isn't pregnant. The family isn't ready to believe her but she proves her point and calms Kartik's anger. Later, while they are doing Ganpatiji's visarjan, Sirat falls unconscious and Kartik takes her to the doctor. The doctor finally confirms that Sirat is pregnant and a baby is all set to come into their life. The duo is overjoyed with the news and plans to give a special surprise to the family with this news.

Akshu almost falls from the pram while Sirat gets her clothes. Sirat throws the blanket swiftly and saves Akshu from getting hurt. Kartik and Swarna get scared seeing Sirat running to Akshu and Swarna decides to take responsibility for Akshu till Sirat is pregnant as she is at the growing stage and Sirat even needs to take care of herself on these crucial days.

Previously, Kartik takes Sirat to the boxing camp despite the family members denying it. Sirat practices a few strokes while teaching the student and Kairav makes a video out of it. He sends it to Manish and he gets furious at Kartik. While asking about them on call, Kairav mentions that Sirat has fallen unconscious in the ring.

Sirat feels like puking all the time and doesn't know what to eat but is hungry. The family members bring everything she wants but she still refuses to eat. Sirat craves for Maudi's laapsi but as Maudi is no more who would make it for her. Daadi tries to make it but doesn't taste the same. Swarna suggests asking Sheila for the recipe but Sirat refuses to contact her. Swarna sees her weeping in front of Maudi's picture, what will she do now?

In the upcoming episode, Swarna contacts Sheila and makes the laapsi for Sirat. Where she wasn't eating anything, she ended up eating three plates of it. Just then Sheila enters the Goenka Mansion to make her life miserable again. Sirat is tensed that now Sheila won't let her pregnancy go smoothly and make it difficult for her to sustain the mood swings.
