She will immediately inform Haseena of a shocking thing that one of the staff members of the hospital is the real culprit Shyam. 

Shyam is the one who tried to kill Santosh. 

Furthermore, Haseena and her team will plot something really deadly to catch the culprit who is then taken into custody and punished for the same.
