MUMBAI: Sai was walking on the road when she meets kid Virat and she needs to rush him to hospital owing to a minor accident.
AS Virat lives in an orphanage handled by Samrat he reaches there to receive Virat.
This is the time when Virat, Sai and Samrat come face to face.
Sai gets shocked to see Samrat but remains tightlipped when Samrat and Virat are thankful to her.

Hence, kid Virat invites Sai to his birthday party and Sai agrees to attend the same with her husband.
