MUMBAI: Popular drama series Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin is constantly high on drama. We all know that the previous episodes were filled with lots of interesting twists and turns in the story. Fans love the chemistry of Pakhi and Virat and the gripping storyline as well as their impeccable performances of the show.

Now, Usha explains to Sai that her marriage with Satya doesn't make sense as she loves Virat. Later, Sai thinks of all the times when she got a hint to get together with Virat.

Therefore, Sai decides to go and talk to Satya immediately but things are not going to be easy now as Satya is actually in the hospital, preparing to propose Sai.

While Satya does all the arrangements for Sai, a nurse tells him that he looks like a college student. She also points out how Satya is nervous and tells him that she is his wife now and shouldn't be nervous. 

Satya will be about to spill the truth but takes a pause tells her that they got married too soon and he has never formally proposed anyone, which is why he is nervous.

In the upcoming episode, Satya is ready to propose to Sai and confess his love when Sai comes to the hospital to talk things out with him.

However, things are going to get really complicated because before Sai gets a chance to speak, Satya is going to propose to her.

While Sai will fall in great emotional dilemma, Virat will witness all this from far. On the other hand, Satya expects acceptance.
