As seen so far, Thurat threatens the nurse to not inform Sai of the painkiller he has given to Malhar.
Soon Malhar's goons go to have food and here Malhar's body starts convulsing due to being overdosed on painkillers.
Sai notices Malhar’s body reacting to the medicines and she rushes to save him.
Just then Malhar's friends arrive and start accusing Sai of doing something to Malhar.
However, she ignores them and calls the nurse.
