MUMBAI: Star Plus' show Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein is witnessing several ups and downs in Virat, Pakhi, and Sai's life.

In the upcoming episode, the viewers will see how Patralekha AKA Paki will bring milk for Bhavani AKA Badi mami. She will be impressed to see how Patralekha is taking up her responsibilities.

Bhavani will also console Pakhi and tell her that she knows how a wife feels without her husband. She tells Patralekha that Samrat will be back soon.

Patralekha goes all praises for Bhavani telling her that she is thankful for all the love and support she has been getting from her side. 

Patralekha also brings to Bhavani's notice how the family members treat her. Bhavani tells how she knows everything that Ashwini, Sonali and Karishma talk about it.

Bhavani questions Patralekha if all that is true or not. This leaves her in shock. She gets extremely surprised to face this question.
