MUMBAI: Zee TV's new popular show 'Agar tum na hote' has already begun to capture it's audience with it's dramatic storyline. The cast of the show includes Himanshu Soni and Simran Kaur in the lead.

In the first episode, it was seen how Abhimanyu helps Niiyati on a rainy night. Further, their destiny once again brings them face-to-face where Abhimanyu helps a woman in need.
However, Dr.Anand and Abhimanyu have a face-off regarding the poor boy's billing and Abhimanyu slaps Dr.Anand hard. This leaves Dr.Anand fuming and humiliated while Niyati gets worried.
Shockingly, Abhimanyu leaves the hospital with a smile after confessing his love for her in front of the whole hospital. This further infuriates Dr.Anand as he loves Niyati and is envious of Abhimanyu.
Niyati is left shocked by Abhimanyu's attitude while Dr.Anand tells her to warn Abhimanyu to mend his ways. How will Niyati handle Abhimanyu and settle things with Dr.Anand?
