MUMBAI: Star Plus show Imlie has been extremely interesting and the audience has been in awe of the drama.

Produced by Gul Khan, it stars Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Gashmeer Mahajani. The series is a loose adaptation of Star Jalsha's Bengali series Ishti Kutum. The narrative revolves around how Aditya lands at a village to report on a gangster and later, situations lead him to get married to Imlie while he is already committed to Malini for marriage. Since he cannot handle the situation well, he ends up getting married to Malini too.

Malini finally leaves the Tripathi House wherein Aditya and the family are planning to bring Imlie back to the home.

However, the story is not so easy ahead because unknowingly Aryan and Imlie's business meeting is held in the same hotel where Aditya planned the party to celebrate his anniversary with Imlie. Now the situation gets complicated because after Aryan and Imlie get drenched in the rain, they reach the hotel.

And here when Aryan covers Imlie with his coat, unfortunately, Aditya sees them together.

Shockingly, Aditya misunderstands Imlie and now happens a huge tamasha when Aditya takes a dig at Imlie questioning her character and her intimacy with Aryan Singh Rathore.
