MUMBAI: Imlie is one of the most successful shows on television and has done well on the TRP charts since it has hit the screens.
The leads of the show, Sumbul, and Gashmeer, are loved as an on-screen couple and have a good fan following. Their characters have become household names.
Viewers like the banter between Imlie, Aditya, and Mayuri, and no wonder the show is doing so well.
These days, the storyline is focusing on Imlie’s new job and how Aditya is helping her, though the two are still at loggerheads and don’t get along.
In the upcoming episode, Aparna will slap Aditya and tell him what a big mistake he has done in letting Imlie go.
She would tell him that she wished that she had slapped him when he brought Imlie in the house as a servant or when he did not believe Imlie and didn't stop her from leaving the house.
Aparna will also tell Aditya that she hopes that Imlie will find her path, rise and shine, and meet good people who will help her settle in life.

She tells her son that she was proud of him but not anymore. He has come home drunk and created a ruckus. He has disrespected everyone and she is ashamed to be his mother post this incident.
Aditya in a drunken state broke the photo of Imlie and his, and thus, Aparna lashes out at him.
