MUMBAI: Previously in IZPN, Kartik proves Ishqi's innocence forth everybody by revealing that she did not lodge any complaint against Mayank at the police station.

He arrives at the venue with the police right before their wedding, in order to arrest the real culprit who tried hindering the wedding. 

Eventually, Rhea and Daadi's evil plans get exposed forth everyone and even Ahaan-Ishqi's marriage commences without any further hindrance.

With the solving of all issues, now Ahaan and Ishqi are finally a married couple.

However, the situation takes a wild turn right when things were getting sorted.

Right on the first night of their wedding, it's shown that Ishqi gets a call late at night.

After responding to it, she rushes to the hospital, without informing anyone, not even Ahaan.
