As per the previous episode, it was seen that Prerna stays in London with Bajaj, keeping her past behind but her constant hatred for Anurag alive.
Prerna’s mainly reason to leave India was Kuki.
In reality, Prerna wants to take revenge from Anurag for what he did to her.
