MUMBAI: Sony TV is going to be the home to one such new show ‘Kavya - Ek Junoon Ek Jazba’ starring Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Mishkat Varma. According to the promo of the show, Sumbul will be playing the role of IAS Officer Kavya who is married to an IPS officer. The story will revolve around Kavya's struggles to find a balance between her personal and professional lives for Adi, despite everyone putting obstacles in her way.

Earlier, Kavya discovered that Sohan deliberately put alcohol in Rajiv's drink as part of Omi's malicious plan. She broke down in tears and threw a bat at Omi.
In the upcoming episode, Adhiraj will humbly ask Rajiv to accept his relationship with Kavya and will promise the release of Navya from all allegations. During his research, he will discover that Omi is responsible for Navya's death. As Kavya walks in, she will notice Adhiraj's worried face and will ask him why he is disturbed.
