Karan will bring Preeta back to the Luthra House, where Nidhi plans on killing her before anybody can find her.
Karan will finally meet Preeta and both of them will reunite.
Preeta comes just in time to help Srishti before it's too late when she is being shot by a gun.
As a result, when a blast occurs in a hospital and everyone's life is severely in danger,
Preeta slips and falls from the terrace in this instance, but Karan saves her by grabbing her hand in time.
At that point, Karan saves Preeta, and the two of them at last come together.
Will Nidhi plan something else to kill Preeta?
