MUMBAI : Sony SAB's Maddam Sir is one of the most popular cop-comedy drama series on small screens. In the previous episode, Janhvi's parents come rushing to MPT as they receive a message of a withdrawal of 2 lakh rupees from a joint account with her father. Karishma looks at Janhvi's picture and recollects that Janhvi had a problem with the way her nose looked and maybe the money withdrawn is going to be used for her nose job. Hassena also comes to the same conclusion. Karishma tells Haseena to allow her to work this case but Haseena refuses and tells her that she doesn't need her help. Karishma is headstrong that she will only solve this case her way.
In the upcoming episode, Haseena requests the cosmetic surgeon to not conduct the surgery on Janhvi's nose as she will further lose her confidence. But the doctor is still adamant that this is a profession and if anyone comes to him with a cosmetic problem he will fix it. Karishma uses her aggression and threatens the doctor and he eventually gives in.
