MUMBAI: It was only a while ago that we reported about how Kumkum Bhagya recently completed 7 years and Sriti Jha was overwhelmed as she took to social media to announce the same.

The drama in Kundali Bhagya is about Akshay being murdered and an investigation being run as to who killed him. While there was doubt on Kritika, Preeta happened to question Prithvi if he murdered Akshay given that he did do evil things in the past and he is vicious in nature.

The two shows had a crossover episode where the murderer was supposedly revealed in the form of Preeta!

Now that Preeta gets arrested in charges of Akshay's murder, Sarla is upset with Luthra's for not taking good care of her daughter. Karan is puzzled as he is upset with Preeta for hiding the truth from him and now things are worse. While Mahira returns home to Sherlin and boasts about how she has her hand in getting Preeta arrested.

Sherlin is puzzled and couldn't understand what she wants to say, will Mahira blabber out her truth of killing Akshay. Yes, it's Mahira who took advantage of this situation when Preeta left Akshay in an injured state.

In actuality, Mahira killed Akshay to defame Preeta.

In the episodes ahead, Mahira will tell Preeta of how she will now start her love story with Karan now that she is in jail and how Karan will forget her gradually. On the other hand, while Mahesh will try to convince the cops of Preeta’s innocence, he will be informed that nothing can be done as Preeta has been arrested with proof and he would have to wait until the court hearing.
