MUMBAI: Popular drama series Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin is constantly high on drama. We all know that the previous episodes were filled with lots of riveting twists and turns in the story.

Virat was severely injured after he got shot by a bullet while fighting with Gulabrao and his goons to save Sai and Savi's life. He was in critical condition, but Sai made sure to save his life by removing the bullet from his body on time. Paakhi, who came to know about Virat, rushed to Kankauli to be with him and Vinayak. Virat had not informed anyone about Sai being alive.

Currently, there are a lot of misunderstandings between Sai, Virat and Paakhi.

Things have turned extremely complicated for Sai and Virat. Even Paakhi is now worried about her future and her relationship with Virat. But since Virat is oh-so furious with Sai for staying in touch with Jagtap, he has decided to move on with his wife without Sai.

He also told Paakhi that nothing would change between him and Paakhi even after knowing that Sai would be alive.

In the upcoming track, the viewers will see some significant twists in the story. Sai will give a red rose to Savi as a token of love. Furthermore, Savi will give the rose to Vinayak, and he will give it to Virat.

Vinayak will tell Virat to give that rose to Paakhi on the occasion of her birthday. This will take Virat by surprise. Paakhi will see the red rose in Virat's hand, again creating a big misunderstanding between the two.
