MUMBAI: Colors TV’s new show Pishachini has created a lot of buzz among the fans. The show is based in the quaint town of Bareilly, where Rani, the Pishachini, has been unleashed. The town is mesmerised by Rani, however, free from her grip and who sees Rani’s true character is Pavitra. The show will feature popular actor Jiya Shankar as Pavitra while Nyrraa M Banerji will play the character of Rani aka ‘Pishachini’ and the show will be bankrolled by Shakuntalam Telefilms Pvt. Ltd.
In the upcoming episode, the Rajput family will be celebrating Dahi Handi festival. Rocky will climb the human pyramid while Rani will look around to see what’s Pavitra is doing. Later, Pavitra will come with Dadaji who will be in a wheelchair. Rani will see this and feel threatened and angry. As Rocky breaks the handi and the dahi spills on Rani’s face, Rani takes her Pishachini avatar and Pavitra says that now her real avatar is finally out in front of everyone.
